What opportunities for activation are available to beverage exhibitors?

The Festival hosts the following three events over the Festival weekend where beverage exhibitors are able to sample their product(s):

  • Friday, January 29, 2027 — Vilano A1A Soirée, 6:30–8:30 pm
  • Saturday, January 30, 2027 — Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife W3 Grand Tasting, 2:00–5:00 pm
  • Sunday, January 31, 2027 — Sunday Jazz Brunch, 10:00 am–2:00 pm

Are beverage exhibitors able to participate in all three events?

Yes.

Are sponsorship opportunities available?

Yes — there are various partnership levels.

What is included at each exhibitor activation area?

The Festival provides each exhibitor an approximate 10’ × 10’ space, with a minimum of a 6ft or 8ft table with black fitted linen, signage, dump bucket, chilling tub with ice, and two (2) exhibitor passes. Exhibitor footprints/provisions are determined based on level of partnership.

How many guests attend the Festival weekend?

The Festival attracts between 2,000–3,000 guests throughout the weekend.
