Whiskey Wine & Wildlife will present a series of 4 educational classes and seminars, presented by a selection of our participating talent. Our W3 Master Class Pours will appeal to all persons whether you are a novice, an expert or just someone who enjoys the opportunity to get up close and personal with these talented masters and have a little fun. Not to be missed, these classes sell out quickly and have limited ticket availability.

Class 1: 12:00 pm - "Chef Clayton Rollison on Salt-Roasting" with Executive Chef, Clayton Rollison, of Calawassie Island and Southbound Brewing

Experience the technique of salt-roasting that fits into any occasion or level of cooking experience. Learn the technique of preparing fresh whole fish in a salt shell to create a dish with ancient roots and popular with health-conscious cooks. This one-pan oven presentation will give you the perfect menu for entertaining during the holidays. Chef’s demonstration will showcase seasonal vegetables, whole fish salt bake and the perfect wine pairing to complete your celebration.

Class 2: 1:00 pm – “Wine & Wildlife” with Eric Crane, Empire Distributors, Atlanta, GA and Wildlife demonstrations from the Georgia Sea Turtle Center

Who doesn’t like animals? Who doesn’t like wine? What happens when you combine them? This seminar will cover the importance of animals in the beverage industry and include some of the stories behind those “critter labels”. Sometimes there’s a reason beyond marketing to have that animal on the label!

Class 3: 2:00 pm – "The Art of Making Pies“ with Chef Philippe Feret, Hilton Head Social Bakery, Hilton Head Island, SC (SOLD OUT)

Chef Philippe Ferret demonstrates the uniqueness of making pies by demonstrating the sweet pastry of the sugar dough pie crust and the fine French art of the Pate Brisee Tart Crust.

Class 4: 3:00 pm – “Whiskey Worth Knowing”, Kerry Junco, Savannah, GA and Jasmine Walker, Atlanta, GA (SOLD OUT)

Whiskey Worth Knowing with Old Forester 86 proof, Gentleman Jack, Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, and Jack Daniels Single Barrel.
