You’ll be sure to impress family and friends for the holiday when you learn how to create these fancy but simple dishes from Chef Damon: Lemongrass Duck Confit, Calamansi Infused Cranberry Rum Relish, Goat Cheese Polenta.

Zac will be creating a festive and easy holiday rum punch and rum hot toddy!

Enjoy a sparkling afternoon learning all about “Champagne” with Foley Family Wines and wildlife from the GTM Research Reserve. A variety of tastings include  GH Mumm Grand Cordon Brut, GH Mumm Grand Brut Rose, Feuillatte Brut and Louis Pommery Brut.
