Her culinary journey began at the prestigious Institute of Culinary Arts in Stellenbosch, where she honed her skills and developed a deep appreciation for farm-to-table cuisine. But Chef Tash’s talents extend beyond the kitchen—she also holds a degree from The Cape Wine Academy and studied Fine Arts at Rhodes in Grahamstown, South Africa.
