One of the South’s leading culinary festival event management companies, The AdFish Group + the Culinary Festivals Foundation produces the St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival and Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife. The company founded the Culinary Festivals Foundation, a 501-(c)3 non-profit organization that partners with local, non-profit community organizations, with missions of giving back to their communities. The Culinary Festivals Foundation has also funded scholarship programs for culinary schools in St. Augustine, FL. The AdFish Group and the Culinary Festivals Foundation have assisted in raising over $600,000 in charitable contributions to non-profit organizations through its various festivals over the past 14 years.
Vilano Beach Main Street is a long-time festival charity partner, Vilano Beach is located in St. Augustine only 10 minutes from the historic district. The non-profit organization’s mission is to preserve and improve the historic Vilano Beach community, while protecting its small-town beach vibe. The festival assists in raising funds and awareness for the organization’s mission.
St. Augustine Alligator Farm brings the wildlife element to life for the festival with interactive wildlife demonstrations and learning experiences throughout the weekend and a special behind the scenes, VIP Alligator Farm Tour/Wine & Cheese Reception – where 100% of the proceeds from the event go directly to the St. Augustine Alligator Farm for alligator preservation.
