Corey Brown has been an integral part of Meehan’s Irish Pub & Seafood House for over 13 years. He began his career with us in the front of house, working as a bartender and server, where his natural hospitality and leadership skills quickly stood out. Corey advanced into management roles in the front of house before discovering his true passion in the kitchen.
Making a seamless transition to the back of house, Corey worked tirelessly to learn every station and refine his craft. His dedication and talent led him to the role of Sous Chef, where he honed his culinary vision and ability to guide and inspire his team.
Today, as our Head Chef, Corey leads by example — fostering teamwork, collaboration, and creativity in the kitchen. His supportive leadership style and commitment to his crew ensure not only consistency and excellence on every plate, but also a positive, motivating environment where the entire team thrives. Corey combines years of hands-on experience, passion for food, and dedication to people to embody the true spirit of Meehan’s.
