Culinary Exhibitors

The Festival’s tickets are all-inclusive, including all food tastings and drinks — we do not have vendors selling food or drinks. All culinary exhibitors are by invitation only, provided reimbursements for food/product costs, and thoroughly vetted. If you’d like to submit information about your company for consideration, we’ll be happy to review it with our culinary selection committee.

What opportunities for activation are available to culinary exhibitors?

The Festival hosts the following two events over the Festival weekend where culinary exhibitors are able to sample tasting bites:

  • Friday, January 29, 2027 — Vilano A1A Soirée, 6:30–8:30 pm. 600 people (350 tasting bites)
  • Saturday, January 30, 2027 — Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife W3 Grand Tasting, 2:00–5:00 pm. 1,500 people (750 tasting bites)

*The Festival reimburses each restaurant a set amount for each event and/or partners with various food service sponsors for restaurant product donations/credits.

What is included at each culinary station?

The Festival provides each exhibitor an approximate 10’ × 10’ space, with (two) 8ft tables with black fitted linen, signage, and four (4) exhibitor passes. Exhibitor footprints/provisions are determined based on level of partnership.

How many guests attend the Festival weekend?

The Festival attracts between 2,000–3,000 guests throughout the entire weekend.
