Chef Hector was born in Yucatán México, since he was young, he was a passionate lover to the culinary arts. Graduated in 2009 with a Culinary Arts Degree and mentored by chefs like Arturo Fernandez, Luis Barocio, Federico Lopez among others, he was really influenced about his roots ¨The Mexican Cuisine¨. Worked as private chef for people like Novak Djokovic, The Penrod Family, worked as Executive Chef in the recognized brand Nikki Beach Worldwide and different positions in different brands like Am Resorts, Grupo Posadas, Palace Resorts among others. Now starting his career on the Prestigious and Luxurious Sea Island Resort, bringing the southern Mexican flavors to Southern Tide Restaurant, infusing a variety of Mexican flavors with different cuisines and local ingredients.
